After more than 20 years in Plastic Surgery, Dr. Bialas knows which procedures provide the best results with the fewest number of side effects. Our complication rate has consistently been well below the national average in all areas.

About Dr. Bialas
Dr. Bialas is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He has practiced in the Tampa Bay Area for over 20 years, specializing in a wide range of procedures to offer you the most frequently requested procedures in one office.

Dr. Bialas is a member of the Medical Staff at Morton Plant Hospital and serves as Chairman of the Medical Education Committee. He is a Founding Member and Past President of the Tampa Bay Society of Plastic Surgeons. He also holds memberships with the following:
